ABOUT

 

 

Sheena Dhamsania is a musician and composer with ten years of public school teaching experience. Born and raised in metro-Detroit, Michigan, Sheena gained an interest in all things bass, and found herself learning bassoon, tuba, bass clarinet, and bass guitar in her childhood. Earning a tuition scholarship at Michigan State University, she studied classical music as a bassoonist and traveled west to Wyoming upon graduation to pursue a teaching career. As a performing artist, she has worked in endless genres as a vocalist and  multi-instrumentalist, and has performed in venues and tours across the west. A decorated educator and performer, she has received Teton County Teacher of the Year and is a two-time Best of Jackson Hole musician.

Jacob Lewis Ferguson is a multimedia creative sanctioned in surrealism. With six genre blending rap albums, a limited clothing line, commissioned watercolor works, and photography published in GQ and Vogue, Jacob finds a way to express his vision through all mediums. His career led him to work in fashion for Nepenthes brand Engineered Garments, and he also works as a photographer, creative consultant, and curator/seller of vintage furniture and clothing. In his attempts to express the inexplicable, Jacob embraces the idea that everything is connected and that nothing is irrelevant. Through disciplined focus, Jacob cherishes the present moment as a philosophy for his artistic delivery. 

 

Sheena and Jacob are NO SUCH THING AS NOISE. Their duo spans across multiple mediums and genres. Stay tuned for more!
